PipefitterEstimator.com is operated by Norm Goodings. This policy explains how information is handled on our website and in the Pipefitter-Estimator applications for iOS, iPadOS, and Apple TV.

WEBSITE INFORMATION
When you visit our website, our hosting and service providers may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, approximate location, browser and device details, pages viewed, cookies, and security logs. If you contact us or make a purchase, we may receive information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing or delivery details, and order information. Complete payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by us.

We use information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the website; respond to questions; process orders and payments; deliver purchases; provide customer support; comply with legal obligations; and protect our rights. PIPEFITTER-ESTIMATOR APPLICATIONS
The Pipefitter-Estimator applications do not require user accounts or sign-in and do not directly collect, store, or transmit personal information. They do not contain advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting tools. Calculations and user-entered project information are processed locally on the user's device.

Apple may independently process information associated with downloading or purchasing the applications, including transaction and device information, according to Apple's own privacy policy. We do not receive or store users' complete payment-card information from Apple.

SHARING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as necessary with service providers such as Hostinger, payment processors, order-fulfilment providers, and professional advisers; when required by law; to protect legal rights or safety; or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business. Service providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.
